Keeping your clients in the loop

Would you trust a mechanic to fix your car, after only emailing back and forth a few times?  I wouldn’t.

Communication is the key to establishing a professional relationship and keeping your client satisfied.  Face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and (supplementally) emails are your best tools to let them know what they’re paying for, and why.
